Dasu Hydro Power Project is very necessry for Pakistan. Because know a days Pakistan face a energy crises. And due to that oue economy go down day by day. Investor run away to other countries. And other side effect of not constructing such type of project is our water resoureses become les day by day. We construct very few Dams after indepandence. 

Dasu Hydro Power Project is located in KPK provence of Pakistan on Pakistan main river Indus.Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif attend the groundbreaking ceremony at 25 jun 2014 at dasu project sight. Prime minister said that we can make 40,000 MW electricity through indus river but we make only 7000 MW. Afghan Govt oppose the project. They ask this project can create many problems for us and also against water agreement between both countries. 

It is multi billion $ project of near about $4.27 billion. Pakistan contact with world bank for founding and bank agree for US $700 million. Industrial and commercial bank of china and Deutsche bank also agree to provide huge fund for project. Its estimated completion date is march 2019.
