For this shoot I was working with 3rd year Ben Crichton on his film 'Memoirs of A Lucid Dreamer'. This was quite a nerve-racking shoot for me because I had been asked to be his DOP/Camera op. I was extremely happy to be filming a 3rd years final film, and to be trusted with it, but that also meant that I needed to be focused, professional and I had to be on the ball, because I didn't want to mess up with his visuals, especially when filming on a camera I'd never used before. However I found myself picking up using the C100 camera easier then I would which boosted my confidence and soon enough I'd found my feet and I felt confident in my abilities and I'm extremely happy how the first day of filming came out. It looked good in my eyes, and Ben also seemed pleased with what I'd done. A great confidence builder.
