During the visit to graveyard at Kangra Colony Sector No. 1 Haripur on 20.10.2015, the Deputy Commissioner Haripur directed the elected Reps/ Locals of the area to visit his office to evolve out a strategy to resolve the issue of graveyard where local boys play in the premises of the graveyard. Nazim/Naib Nazim , Locals and Imam masjid of said area visited DC Office today at 10:30 am. DC Haripur convened TMO Haripur to his office. All concerned have been directed to immediately clear available land away from graveyard which is suitable for playground from debris/bushes etc. TMA Staff would clear the space from the grass/bushes by weeding out. After clearance of the site, no one would be allowed to play in the graveyard. The locals would abide by the instructions.
