There is an abandoned child of a 14 year old unmarried mother Elizabeth, is carried up by a lady living in slums. The child grows into a fearless kind-hearted brave fighter to fight where the injustice that takes place in the town and he named as Richard. These abilities lead him to cross gun with the local don Frank. Frank's friend is beaten up mortally by Richard, and Frank threatens Richard saying that your life will be end up soon in danger if my friend was dead. Then soon as his friend passes away, Richard gets in to prison. Later, when Frank realizes his Friend's crime, and decides to get Richard released from jail.
Richard also surprised to see Frank get him out from jail, and he tells him there is such a thing as justice. And from that glorious moment, Frank surrenders his ego and offers his hand of friendship. Richard too declares that he would be Frank's best friend till death. Frank makes Richard his commander, and both of them ruled the town but not only with their muscle and also with their sense of justice.
But in the eyes of the Government, they are considered as antisocial elements. Peter, posted as the new Sheriff, plans to arrest both Frank and Richard, so that he can put an end to their cruel activities. But his opportunities are all not successful. Later fight between the Sheriff and Frank/Richard, Richard learns that Peter's mother is his mother too. Richard promises his mother that he will not hurt Peter but refuses to leave Frank, whose friendship is more valuable and important to him than his relationship with his brother. Frank is shocked that Sheriff and Richard are brothers and approves Richard for not to be a part with him in spite of discovering his identity. After that they decided surrendering to the Sheriff, assuring him completely stopping their illegal activities, Frank is shot.
Richard gets anger and kills the person who was the reason for Frank's death and surrenders to the Sheriff. Then Sheriff moves to another place accompanied by his wife. Then the mother changes her mind to stay with her elder son, Richard.
