I was inspired when I made this background image, three or four years ago. I was just a noob with photoshop and was trying to explore the brushes section. This image is barely made through adobe photoshop brushes and gradient. I selected a few downloaded brushes, loaded them on the program and used a few pieces of it, I just played around with the opacity of each stroke and I loved the effect it had provided.

The hearts are also made of brushes and I also played the opacity of it too. The background color was a selection of blue but I opted to get the lighter one close to green as it may show an animated effect of getting the sky color.
