Like the movie "Inception", starring Leonardo DiCaprio. I experienced "dreaming within a dream", but in my case it's a little bit weird.
I can tell exactly that I experienced it three times in my whole life. That the third time was yesterday noon.
Routinely I do short naps at noon after lunch. And its rare to me that I dream at day, it's always night-sleep my dreams appear. At that short nap, I dreamed that I was walking at road, then switches to my bed, then ended up like I'm going to sleep. I want to be awake so I try to get up. But my body is weak and heavy. I roll and roll in my bed then I was able to get up. I went to bathroom, brush my teeth, wash my face and take a piss. When I already finished my leak, everything went abstract. Then suddenly it back again at my bed laying down, trying to get up. I think I did it two times, getting up and laying back again at bed. I know in mind I'm dreaming but why is that so real that I'm awake?
In my dream or in my mind I just keep telling "get up, get up, your still at dreamland", until, finally I wake up, but this time in reality. I feel my energy is drained that it's hard for me to get up. I slap lightly my face back and forth. Thankful that I'm in the real world and didn't trap at that dream or was nightmare. I mean noon-mare? :D
