Well I do. Right now. I had an accounting test online a second ago, which my horrid teacher proclaimed that he "will NOT let anyone retake" even if their connection was lost or even if they died.
Mind you, this is a seated class too. So, of course, as soon as I sign in, my blackboard account where the test is done tells me that there is an "error" on a big red pop up and kicks me out. I get a zero.
The fury! I pay this institution so that I can come and earn credits for classes and graduate. I pay THEM so that I can have the opportunity to learn something and get what I need out of the classes... and I'm not given the opportunity that I pay for because my teacher is lazy and their software doesn't function! My money is being stolen from me here! Now I have to go pursue fixing this, because this is utterly ridiculous.What a scheme. I want good customer service since I'm paying for a service here. Universities walk all over people because they know people will go to them anyway. It's so absurd.
