'Injera' is the indigenious food of Ethiopia which is mainly eaten in Ethiopia and Eriteria.This food is never known by any other countries of the world but more than ninety million people are eating this food daily.This food is made from a cereal family called 'Teff'.Teff is a very small plant like a white grass.At the time of cultivation,it is grinded and changed to flour.After that,it is baked in a special baking machine called 'Mitad'.Mittad can either be traditional or modern based on the economy of the people.After baking,it is eaten with 'Wot'.Wot is a part of another food mixes that is mainly prepared from oil,onion,red peeper,shiro and water.Ethiopians eat the two(Injera and Wot) almost daily for thousands of years and Injera is their life.If you are a foreigner and get an access of coming to Ethiopia or coming to Ethiopian restaurants in your country,get the food and it is definitely delicious!
