Sometimes I like to go to sit in a quite room.All by myself and just close my eyes and sit and think. Sometimes it just relaxes your entire body. And makes you feel like you can come up with any answer to any problem that you or a friend might be having.
Some people call this yoga and meditation. But I have always done it before they gave it a fancy name. It is just a time to be alone with your thoughts and it is good for you when you are going all day long.
You could also sit with a cup of hot chocolate or tea or coffee if that is what you like. Sit and sip your drink and just think.
