Maybe I was brought up in with a good work ethic... Or maybe I'm just finally reached that "Older" age... Or maybe because I have too many responsibilities that rely on me getting a paycheck....
My main job is at a trucking company and we're all in the 30+ and older range, and we all have a passion for what we do, or we wouldn't be there... And, as I mentioned before, I work in a 2nd job during October... And alot of the "New" hires, year by year, are around the 18 - 20 range....
Now working in a Haunted House isn't easy, it's not rocket science, but if you want to do it right, it's tough, and it's ALOT of movement... it's taxing on the body...
Well, after the first week or two, the younger employees see how "Hard" it is... and start quitting... laying out... or making excuses why they can't do the job... (ie: "I'm sick... I think I hit my head... I have another job... ect...)
Sorry, but I just feel if you are going to make a commitment, you need to follow through till the end... If you're sick... You're sick... but if you call in that you're sick... don't post photo's of you having a good time with your friends out when you're suppose to be home nursing a cold.
Oh no... I've turned into an old lady.... D-:
