Dota 2, a multiplayer online battle arena video game developed by Valve Cooperation. The game has seen great success since its release. It’s a Free To Play Game and is available for download on clients such as Steam.

At present, we saw Steam setting up records for most active users online, and the games that lead the way was Dota 2. Valve gave the gaming world a surprise  last year by hosting the most lucrative e-sports tournament in history, with a prize pool of more than $10 million.

In today’s time Dota 2 has successfully left behind many of its competitors by having   a user base of more than 10 million. Dota 2 is only surpassed by the insanely successful League of Legends, which at this time last year had around 67 million people logging in each month.
