Doughnuts

1Tsp Instant dry yeast
1/4tsp vanilla.
1 ½ cup warm water
3TSp sugar
3 ½ cup flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup powdered milk
1 egg
1/2 cup butter.

Glaze
Melted dark and/or white chocolate
Icing sugar

In an electric mixer, combine flour, salt, cinnamon and powdered milk, on a medium speed.

Add the rest of the ingredients, knead for not less than 15 minutes (or 25 minutes, if by hand), until soft, well combined dough is obtained.

Form the dough into a ball, place in a greased deep bowl and let rise for 25 minutes until double in size.

Cut the dough into an equal size balls, roll and shape them into 7cm thick discs arrange in a greased tray .

Make holes in the center of the discs using a circle cutter.

Let rise for another 45 minutes until double in size.

Deep fry the doughnuts turning once, until golden.

Drain on a paper towel.

spread with chocolate glaze, or your preferable glaze and serve!
