An Indian-origin psychiatrist in Clayton County, Georgia in the US has been arrested on Thursday  on suspicion of over- prescribing prescription medication like opiates and benzodiazepine which has killed 36 of his patients among whom at least 12 have been killed by overdose on prescription medication. He has been dubbed "Dr Death" by police.
