Dream less Sleep

When I was young . I used to sleep for 12 hour daily. I often sleep a late night . After long hour of Watching TV or Movies.... Once I noticed terrifying dreams... and then It become regular....
The consequences I faced was ..
Bad mood all the day. restlessness even when staying for longer hours in bed... and Life felt like a forced labor without any reward ...
I started Thinking about it ! I begin to explore why I can not sleep peaceful .. and what can be done to feel different.
After a long journey i found simple solutions are !
1- Walk before going to bed.

2- Do not eat too much .. Eat as less a possible.( I prefer vegetables , easily digestible food ) .

3. Never watch Action or News etc before sleep that may run in your subconscious when your a sleeping.

3. Never read terrifying novels etc.

4. Enjoy quality time with your friends and Family.

As you change my daily routines .... I begin to enjoy my sleep .. Now a days I sleep 7 to 8 hours ... but wake up happy , calm and full of energy .
