As dresses worn by a student to any educational institute should reflect the seriousness and importance of the learning environment, the authorities of Scottish Church College of Calcutta have proscribed a dress code for both the bot and girl students of the institute. Claiming that the dress code has been imposed on them without any kind of consultation, a section of students have decided to launch an agitation on the ground of infringement of the students' liberty.
