4 cups of stewed tomatoes
1 cup cornmeal
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 cup fresh or frozen corn
1 large chopped onion
1 chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced black olives
Mix cornmeal, tomatoes, and seasoning. Add corn, onion, bell pepper, and olives to mixture and bake in casserole dish for one hour at 325ºF.
