It is easy to become very critical of oneself. One of the ways to combat this in your personal life is to focus on your actions rather than your emotions. The truth is that most of time, most of us “do” the right thing even if we don’t have the right emotion or attitude about doing it. The truth is that actions speak much louder than words.
So today, no matter what my emotions say, my goal it to “do” the right thing. I am sure this is an easy task for many, but for me, who sees a rules as something that should be bent, it is a real challenge.
I am setting my sights on positive actions! I am working all day so that should help.
