Empire is an musical drama series which appeared on Fox tv on January 7, 2015. It hub on a hip hop music and entertainment company,the drama, and Empire Entertainment surrounded by the members of the creator's family as they fight for control of the company. The show was started by stars Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson, and Lee Daniels and Danny.
On January 17, 2015, Empire was revived for an 18-episode second season, which premiered on September 23, 2015.

Premise:
A foregoing Lucious Lyon (Terrence Howard), drug dealer now take a bent in hip hop mogul and CEO of Empire Entertainment. His life go into cave in around him after his past crimes come back to haunt him following his opinion. Lucious, looking to one of his three sons Andre (Trai Byers), Hakeem (Bryshere Y. Gray) and Jamal (Jussie Smollett), to take over the folk business, pits them against each other. Empire also has a stars Taraji P. the mother of his three sons as Lucious' ex-wife Cookie Lyon, who is released from prison after serving a 17-year .

Production:
Sidibe, Henson and Howard filmed the first pilot episode in Chicago in March 2014. On 6th may 2014, Fox decided upon up Empire as a series for its year 2014–15 television.
On 12 May 2014, Fox announce that Empire will on air as a mid season replacement rather than as a part of the fall schedule. On November 19, it was confirmed that the pilot episode would debut on 7 January 2015.
The executive producers of Empire are Francie Calfo , Strong, Daniels, and Brian Grazer . Empire was was Written by two well known writter Strong and Daniels, who also has been selected (nominated) for the Academy Award for Best Director.
According to Strong:
"the show is based in part on William Shakespeare's King Lear and James Goldman's The Lion in Winter."
