Posted on at
Dear viewer,
Good news! As a Film Annex member, you now get your own Web TV channel, which you can curate by adding your favorite movies. When you're logged into your profile and go to "MyPage," you will see a red button on the right hand side called "(Your Name)'s Web TV," which will take you to your channel. Or you can directly go to the link: webtvs.filmannex.com/yourusername (Replace the word "yourusername" with your actual username. For example: webtvs.filmannex.com/filmannex).
The GREAT news is that you will receive 50% of the advertising revenues generated on your channel. The more you promote your channel, the more people will visit it, and the more revenues you will generate.
You can add movies to your channel by selecting one from the 10,000 films on www.filmannex.com. If your selection is uploaded by a filmmaker who reserves the rights to his/her film, then you will ask his/her authorization to host the film on your channel through our simple request system. Your other option is to choose from Public Domain films.
The Film Annex Marketplace now presents 719 public domain films. You can select any of these movies and add them to your Web TV channel. No request or authorization required. From dozens of Charlie Chaplin films to Buster Keaton, Alfred Hitchcock, and Orson Wells, our public domain section enables you to curate your Web TV channel with your favorite movie classics.
To add a public domain movie to your channel:
1) Visit our public domain film page
2) Select a movie by clicking on one of the thumbnails
