Jennifer Petitgout, who recently accused her husband Luke of sexually assaulting her in their home last year, is dropping the charges against him. According to Bouncer Chronicles, the restraining order against him is also being dropped. Last month Jennifer asked the Manhattan Prosecutors Office to drop assault charges against him for allegedly slapping her around in a mid-town lounge.

Luke Petitgout, the former New York Giant lineman, has said to have completed a 30 day rehab program. In November of 2013, Jennifer dropped charges against Luke when she accused him of smashing her in the head and tossing her out of the car during a wedding anniversary celebration that went wrong.
