Attached is a mindmap i created for some ideas I had for my VFX advert for ExpoTees. I also displayed the different media types, e.g 3D, 2D etc and the pros/cons involved with picking each form to go with. I've decided to composite 3D modelling with reality for my final idea, as mentioned in the previous post. I believe this is the most suitable way of advertising ExpoTees, as it's combinind drawing (Pre-production), 3D Modelling & Rendering (Production), and the logo dropping into the scene, colour graded and tracked into the footage(Post-production). I will now storyboard my idea and get to work photographing possible locations around the area, as well as some example pictures of what sort of camera angles I could possibly use.
