- Barça have now scored 20 goals in their last five games: Elche (0-6), Atlético Madrid (2-3),Villarreal in the league (3-2), Athletic Club Bilbao (2-5) and Villarreal in the Cup (3-1).
- With his goal against Villarreal, Gerard Piqué has now scored in all three competitions this season - three in the league and one each in the Champions League and Spanish Cup.
