Famous Filipino Food! My birthday is not complete without this menu..

PANCIT BIHON is a very known Filipino cuisine which is also called as "NOODLES" that was 
introduced by Chinese. This food is always included in our menu during special occasions 
especially Birthdays, in which represents "long life and good health".
This menu includes some healthy vegetables that also gives us the vitamins that our body 
needs like;
CARROTS. This vegetable is in bright orange colour. It is rich in protein and a good 
source of dietary fiber.This can also be added in making salad.

CABBAGE. This vegetable is rich in nutrients like antioxidant richness, anti-inflammatory 
richness and glucosinolate.This is one of food that can help prevent cancer diseases.

Now I will teach you on how to cook this famous menu.But first you have to ready all the
ingredients such as;

Carrots
Cabbage
onion & garlic
Soy sauce, a little of oyster sauce
Pork or chicken cubes
Pancit Bihon
Olive oil

* First heat the pan. Put a little of olive oil, saute garlic and onion then add carrots
and cabbage saute until half cook.Then set aside for the next step.
* Put a little olive oil in the pan, saute another garlic and onion after that put the
pork cut into small pieces. Saute until brown and add water and pork cubes and allow to
simmer for 10-15 mins.
* Once pork is cooked you can either set it aside or just add the noodles and add soy
sauce to color it.
* You can also add magic sarap to add more taste.
* Serve hot
