We're excited to share Dubai based fashion photographer Mazen Abusrour's latest editorial that he shot for HAYA Magazine titled DOUBLE IMPACT.

As told to me by Jonathan Morgan, Mazens right hand man and star fashion model:
"These amazing images are the collaboration of Mazen's vision of vanity and Mo Al Falasi's styling ideas.  Mo approached Mazen with the idea of shooting clothes with metallic accents, which Mazen found intriguing.  Always on the lookout for new locations, Mazen heard about a new beauty parlor where many wealthy women were going for treatments.  This immediately got Mazen thinking about vanity, and people's never-ending quest for beauty.

Stylist Mo Al Falasi was lucky enough to secure the location for the shoot, and as soon as the last customers were out the door, the team moved in and started setting up.  Shooting one model is one thing, but make-up and styling on two models in the confines of the beauty salon meant the shoot went late into the night.  The team pushed through and 8 hours later the shoot wrapped.  Customer returned to the salon the next day, completely unaware that a high-fashion editorial shoot had taken place just hours before."

The end of this month is quite exciting for Mazen as he will be off to shoot an editorial for a BIG publication somewhere on this planet :) that we'll share with you once the green light is given.
