why oh why is this happening I'm buzzing plenty aren't I but why do I get this?

not only did I get a -1 on my base well the earnings have hardly budged. So I ask why , why is my earnings not moving like its always been even with a 58 score I'm supposed to get at least a .9 not a .2. I wonder if there is something wrong with my earning calculation. I just hope that bitlanders can solve this problem cause my earnings are really disappointing for me.
