So my new company had asked me for some requirements in order for my profile to be updated in terms with the benefits and the taxes. While scrolling into the list of required IDs, I jumped into HDMF and I was thinking, what is this? I was about to ask our manager about it but then I realized, what is the use of google?

I searched it and found out that HDMF is actually what we normally call as Pag ibig. Home Development Mutual Fund is to be exact. I know I have one since I had worked for four years here in the Philippines and that when I registered in our Embassy as well in Dubai last year, I was given this number but the issue is, I don't have my HDMF ID number with me and I wasn't given any ID for this.

I am now starting to think as to how I can retrieve the number, as per a site I had bumped into, I can retrieve it if I will be signing up or registering online from the HDMF site itself, it will get back to me with the same Pag ibig number and so I did.

After few minutes of inputting my data, by the way, it confused me if I should enter my maiden name or my married name. I was afraid that the site might generate a new info since my name is different, so I just went on with my maiden name info. I have received a tracking number via sms as to the request and I was advised to check on it again after sometime to followup on the registration. Let's see if this works.
