Ingredients
- ½ kilo. beef sirloin
- 1 pc lemon or 8 pcs. calamansi
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. cooking oil
- 3 gloves garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, cut into rings
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
Instructions
- Cut the beef into slices.
- Marinate the beef in calamansi and soy sauce, for at least an hour.
- Sautee minced garlic in hot oil, until golden brown.
- Add the onion, sautee until onions are transparent. Remove and set aside
- Fry the beef until both sides are cooked, add the garlic and marinate. Let it boil for a few minutes
- Transfer to a serving plate garnished with onion.
