I didn't think it would make any difference because our temperatures are so cold. I can't hardly believe it was me, last summer in the scorching sun, that was looking forward to winter. I guess I'm just not easily pleased.
Never the less, it's still too cold. How do I know it's too cold, because everything outside is frozen solid. Actually in the grand scheme of things this is the way it should be. The winter is the time when the thinning out of the bug population happens. If we don't get a hard, hard freeze like we have now then in the Spring, we will have more bugs eating up our gardens and more fleas aggravating our animals.
So it is all good, especially today on my front porch, myself and my three cats basking in the sunshine. I think our sunshine meters are very close to the top right now.
