The stage was ready and finally the US President Barack Obama and Cuban President Raul Castro shook hands on Friday at the summit in Panama. They chatted in a small group of leaders at the summit's opening ceremony and even spoke briefly as reported by a White House spokesman. It is learnt that Obama and Castro would meet again on Saturday to restore full diplomatic relations and boost trade between the Cold War foes.
