Floods are the up flow of water.

Effects

It occurs due to heavy rainfall. It destroys, plants, animals, biodiversity, water channels, aquatic life, habitat of many species, soil destruction, and also damages the crops.

Causes

Floods occur due to changes in global temperature. Due to heavy rainfall, due to tsunami, due to up flow of oceans, and rivers.

 

Areas Affected

Most of the area which is affected my the floods are near the bank of oceans, river, or lower land areas.Bangladesh, Pakistan is highly affected by highly rain falling each year.
