Since the last ten years, from more than 40 countries led by the United States of America have entered into Afghanistan. They rebuilt this devastated country by millions of dollars they paid for Afghan government. Besides they helped Afghan government have professional forces.

     International Community led by the United States of America have committed to Afghan government to pay 4.1 milliard dollars per year. Thus, Afghan government can develop rapidly.

Since the foreign forces have come to Afghanistan, they have built many infrastructural buildings, such as Airport terminals, Universities, and school buildings.

     On the other hand, they have trained and equipped Afghan forces with sophisticated guns. Now, Afghan government enjoy from the well-trained forces across Afghanistan.

     They have sent Afghan officers to different western and European countries in order to be trained. Besides, they have helped some illiterated Afghan troops receive education by throwing literary courses.

     Afghan people are now hopeful about having a better security situation in the future. Now, they believe in their troops that they can deliver security to them because they are trained by the NATO mentors.
