So I have been spending quite a bit of time on different freelance sites searching for employment opportunities. I thought I would share briefly what I have encountered over the past couple of weeks.

I have joined many sites on my search. The two sites that I have found to be the best for me are Odesk and Elance. Although I haven't received a lot of work from these sites I have had a couple which is enabling me to increase my presence on these sites which hopefully in turn will help me to get more opportunities.

The one site that I'm not really impressed with is Freelancer. The reason for this is there is a lot of garbage to sift through on this site to find anything good and I really don't have the time for this.

But so far the experience hasn't been super horrible so I guess I will continue to scour these sites on a daily basis to see if I can find any good opportunities to come my way.
