Hey guys i thought i would do a quick post about freelance, I have just recentally started freelancing after a year of working for a company.

I am shooting on a Red and 5D and my full kit list can be seen on my website www.markkuczewski.com

I was just wondering if anybody had any tips or new of any websites to join to promote yourself. I know that alot of work is through word of mouth and its about building up your network of people.

I am based in the UK and can travel around to pretty much anywhere in the country with enough notice.

What type of things are people generally doing to find work?

I have tried emailing out companies, my old lecturer from university used to say you would have a 10% sucsess rate with replies. I think that seems to be about right.

So really i am looking for any advice, even on things like my showreel or website and what people would suggest.
