Fried Salmon Fish Fillet(Recipe)

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon granulated white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil

 

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir.
  2. Rub the mixture all over the salmon. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  4. Dip the Salmon in the beaten egg.
  5. Dredge the salmon in breadcrumbs and then fry each side for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Transfer to individual serving plates. Then Serve.
