TBH this is one of the best posts I've seen on this subreddit. Most of this subreddit is made up of dark humor for the sake of dark humor, kinda sad but mostly kind of bleak. This post is legitimately sad, like not just hypothetical dude has tough times sad, real world sad. It's the kind of thing that because it's sad it's funny, in a kind of humor relief way. I really liked this post.
