Galaxy Core 2

This is the review of new  smartphone made by Samsung and powered by Android.

It is a low end Dual Sim smartphone announced in June 2014.

It is 9.8 mm thick and weighs 138 grams.

Out of the box it boots into Android v4.4 (KitKat).        

 

 

Galaxy Core 2 has 4.5 inch TFT Capacitive Display with the resolution of 480 x 800 .

The pixel density is 207 ppi. There is no scratch resistant glass protection provided.   

On the back there is a 5 megapixels autofocus camera with LED flash and VGA front facing camera.  

 

 

The specifications are pretty basic for a budged smartphone, and it meets the requirement for a light user.

Galaxy Core 2 is powered by Quad Core 1.2 GHz processor and 768 mb of ram.

The internal memory is 4 gb and there is a micro SD card slot which supports up to 32GB.

It has, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi b/g/n, FM, , Mobile Hotspot, and supports micro usb 2.0, 3g connectivity.

The Battery is 2000mAh.
