Garlic Eggplant

Tender and juicy eggplant with the aroma of toasted garlic, surely this dish will boost your appetite.Very simple and easy to prepare. Tr it!.

Ingredients:
400 grams eggplant
8 cloves garlic ( crushed then chopped)
1 cup water 
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. Brown the garlic then remove some for toppings later, then add the water, salt and pepper and allow to boil.
2. If it is boiling increase the heat then add the eggplant and stir until done.
3. Serve hot with toasted garlic on top.
