Ingredients
- 1 cup shrimps; shelled
- 1 medium sized squash; cut in cubes
- 1 bunch string beans; 2 inches length
- 1 small onion; chopped
- 1 small tomato; chopped
- 4 cloves garlic; minced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 green chilli peppers
- 1 tablespoon shrimp paste (bagoong alamang)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Saute garlic, onion, and tomato.
- Add shrimp paste and coconut milk.
- Bring to a boil in medium low fire, then add the vegetables.
- When vegetables are tender, add shrimps and green chilli peppers.
- Cook until done.
- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
- Transfer to a serving plate .Serve hot.
