Ginataang Mais at Sago

ust a simple dish made from simple ingredients, yet satisfying, good for snack or dessert, it can be served with ice too for a refreshing snack.

Ingredients:
1 cup sago
1 cup corn
1 cup pure coconut milk
sugar to taste

Procedure:
1. Boil the sago with enough water until cooked.

2. Add the corn and coconut milk, then stir and simmer until done.
3. Add sugar to taste then simmer and turn off the heat.
4. Serve it hot or cold

For cold just add some ice and condensed milk to taste
