According to me,it is good because when thy receive the money ,it became their habit and they don't work and all the times they ask others to help them.In addition,it is the government's job to collect them and make a situation that they an work and make a successful life for them self .

            In fact,for children we shouldn't give money because by this work we destroy their future.
