Today we celebrate the Global Forgiveness Day, a day when we forgive those who hurt us in the past and help each other move on. It may sound cheesy but the truth is, keeping grudges also hurts our well being.
Forgiveness helps our well being and not only those who have done us wrong. Try it, you will feel more positive and that your outlook in life will be brighter.
Now I am not saying that things done to you in the past should be forgotten entirely, but that let it serve as a lesson for both of you. We can only take our experiences and use it as a stepping stone for better decision making in the future.
