Good Luck Cookies
Ingredients:
Butter (Softened) 125 g
Sugar 225 g
Egg 1
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Flour 225 g
Salt ½ tsp
Chocolate chips 200 g
Baking powder ½ tsp
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
To the sugar and butter add the egg and vanilla.
Sift in the flour, baking powder and salt, then the chocolate chips.
Roll into walnut size balls or roll and slice to make neater looking cookies.
Place on an ungreased baking paper and bake the cookies for 10 minutes until just golden round the edges.
Take out of the oven and leave to cool ad harden slightly.
Enjoy the cookies with tea.
