Good sleep is very important to give our body rest. Besides the good sleep the right postures of sleep is also very important. Mainly there are four posture for sleep, which are :- sleep by turning towards left, sleep by turning towards right, sleep straight on the back and last sleep on your chest. Out of all these postures the right one and best is to sleep straight on the back. This gives the most relaxation to the body. The first two postures can cause wrinkles on your face and body and last one that is sleep on chest is not good for our internal organs.
