The Google Services, that was out of work for almost one hour these Monday (26) on the afternoon, and began to work around 17h:20 --not all the internauts have problems on the access.

Users from Brazil have problems to access the e-mail (Gmail), the search at Google.com.br, calendar, RSS (reader), chat (GTalk), vídeos from Youtube, metrics from Google Analytics and the documents on Google Docs.

Problems with the connection to the Google Services are in a lot of cities of the following Brazillian States: Rio Grande do Sul, Curitiba and Maringá (PR), Anápolis and Goiânia (GO), Recife (PE) and on the cities of Mato Grosso do Sul. In Belo Horizonte, the acess was still very slow around 17h30, said the internauts. At 18 o´clock, the Google Services still inacessibles for the users at Laguna (SC) and on the Roraima State.

The brazillian gone to the social networks like Twitter and Facebook to say that the services was out of working and to search for information about the fact occurred. The terms "O Google", "#voltagoogle" and "GMail"  was the most commented on Twitter, with messages talking about the problem. Even the search from Microsoft "Bing", appears on the trending topics with an alternative for the researches on the internet.

Google inform that knows that "some users have problems to acess some of the tools, but they didn't find any problem with the services until now" and "we are continue on monitoring our sistems and will inform for any news", ends the Google.

What was happen ?

Always exists the possibility that the Google Services was on-line during all the time. "The problem could be that the access to Google happens for different routes, to avoid that all the internauts have access for the same way that can make a traffic jam".

"If in any point the route gets indisponible or presents an error of configuration that makes the data to be lost and going to another way instead to go to Google making the service gets inacessible". Only that users that are on these problem route(s) have the problems and not all the users.

The internet have tecnologies to detect problems on the route(s) and to choose alternative ways, but it could take lots of minutes to change these route.

"The Google works with a lot of intermediary servers too, that are more for the local users on different localities. If the route of these servers or the own Google server have a technical problem, the service goes out only for the users of that problem servers, but the Google, that is the responsible for the services, are working fine.

That's why the Google services are very robust and secure to non stop working, even if can occurs problems on the routes on the internet middle servers. But for us is really terrible when you can't acess your e-mails, can't make researchs on Google or can't use your other tools to work near the end of your working day.
