Facts

  • Upon completion this will be Chile's tallest building. It will also hold the title for the tallest office building in Latin America.
  • The building will have an underground height of 20 metres.
  • Floors 1 to 10 will have a floor-to-floor height of 6 metres. Floors 11 to 60 will have a floor-to floor-height of 4.1 metres.
