Habit(second nature)
.habits make a human's life we have two kind of habits in our society and they are good or approved habits and bad or ugly habits. habit is the second nature.we have usually faced this proverb in the daily life.but how to improve good habits and prevent bad ones .it is clear that human behavior can be under control and we can change it.by normal and systematic practies,we can have a full control on ourselves.
there are self teaching programs that enable us to to improve good habits and prevent bad ones. of course ,when we are able to deny the illegitimate things and content ourselves with something we have. one of the most important issues which can put the habits on the stage is social conduct.
we have usually seen those who have easily lost there best friends and even the members of there family with a bad behavior . these have usually a mental problem or are pessimistic in life or they might have even habituated to negative behavior .ofcourse ,when we are serious and the situation requires ,we can sometimes behave seriousely to observe the rules but it doesnt necessarily mean
that we misbehave to insult anyone. there are severals guidelines that we can follow to have self control.the long and the short of it are :regarding the human ,self-mastery,sedation and etc.... we should follow them to be an approved and respectable human in the society.
when we achive the above values we can guarantee our endearment and succes and we will enjoy a better life. the approved habits will not finish and they are like :honesty, not telling l is,serving to our country helping poor people, prying, fasting, and etc... but bad habits are more than good habits.
if we want to have good habits we should choose good friends.one of the causes of addicting to nicotine is being with bad friends because they will encourage them to taste it .if we meet with goog people we will be like them but on the contrary if meet with bad persons people will behave us like our frinds.
ethical result:
if you want to know a person refrence to her/his friends.
