Haider is a Bollywood movie which is based on the story Hamlet written by William Shakespeare. Haider is the story of revenge. Hamlet is considered as one of the best work of Shakespeare.

                        The movie Haider is released today this movie is produced and directed by Vishal Bhardwaj one of the talented director his previous work with Shahid Kapoor was Kamine a movie which was based on two twin brothers and how they were brought up in two totally different atmosphere. Well Vishal is the only director, who has produced three movies on Shakespeare’s work other directors are still behind in this race. Vishal’s works on Shakespeare’s books have shown brilliant results and have been widely appreciated by the audience.

                    The character of Haider is played by Shahid Kapoor, KK menon has played Haider’s uncle’s character, Tabu has played the mother’s character and Shraddha Kapoor has played the character of Haider’s love interest who is a journalist. The whole story has been shot in the beautiful and magnificent ambience of Kashmir.

               Haider is the story of a boy whose father was mysteriously disappeared and his mother married to his uncle. Haider had a doubt regarding his father’s sudden disappearance that someone has killed him and he was pretty much sure that it was his uncle’s plan to kill his father to get the throne and to marry his beautiful mother. Haider plans to take revenge from his uncle and to punish him for spoiling his family’s happiness.

               Story has been brilliantly plotted and Vishal has brilliantly reflected the Hamlet in Haider. The story has awesome twists and turns viewers will definitely enjoy the songs and the story. According to critics Vishal has successfully copied the whole hamlet in a new format of Haider. Well if you haven’t watched it then it’s my suggestion that you must watch it.
