Halo-halo is an all time Filipino delicacy in which all other ingredients like nata de coco(coconut gelatin), jack fruit, corn, ube (purple yam), saba (banana-like plantain), mung beans, kaong (sweet palm fruit), macapuno (silky coconut), leche flan, ice cream, andevaporated milk are being added up in one cup with shaved ice that is really suitable for a warm weather like our country.

 It is compared to any shakes, but as you can see in the photo, the ingredients are very tantalizing to eat that will surely make you full after eating it all up. So yummy and sweet; and some had made their own versions of it. It can also be prepared inside our own kitchen, as long as the ingredients are there.
