Halo Halo

     Halo halo (mixed together) is a very popular Filipino dessert. Shaved ice and evaporated milk are the mixtures and other ingredients like sweet beans, jello, fruits, sugar palm fruit (kaong), coconut sport (macapuno), gulaman, tapioca (sago), nata de coco, it is topped with leche flan, purple yam and ice cream. It is served in a tall glass or bowl.
