What Did It Feel Like?
It was great every time. When we talked I felt as if my heart was in my throat, he would make me laugh when I was down. We finally had a romantic moment alone which made me really nervous but happy.
What Happened Next?
It was about 12:00 and my parents were on vacation and we decided to go out and sit on the swing. He was my neighbor's boyfriend at the time, but he caught her cheating (which made me happy). He kept asking me these really hard questions, like do I believe in love? Do I believe in love at first sight? My definition of love? etc. I answered his questions the best could but I was so nervous that he didn't like my answer. It was starting to get a little chilly so he moved closer and put his arm around me. I then started to get shaky. He leaned in closer and gave me a kiss. He finally said it, I love you, I always have since the day I met you and I always will no matter what. You are my life, my soul, and I'm hoping to make you my girlfriend. A few years later I then became his fiance and a year after that I became his wife.
(If you're wondering about my neighbor, well let's just say not everyone can have a happily ever after)
